Summer Sky Celebrates 34-Years of Addiction Treatment and Recovery, and the Annual Alumni Reunion is coming up on October 12th, 2019. This year is sure to wow you and give you many great memories to last you for the remainder of 2019 and 2020 for your recovery. The Summer Sky Annual Alumni Reunion is a great way to share your experience, strength, hope with others in treatment. The Summer Sky Reunion is about unity and coming together to celebrate what recovery means to you as you continue with your journey in recovery.
It’s also an opportunity to meet with your counselors and other addiction treatment support staff to share your personal recovery with them. It’s the highlight of the year to see your smiling faces and learning about the excitement of your recovery and how you have been doing in personal recovery.
The Summer Sky Annual Alumni is about connecting with your peers and celebrating the miracle of recovery that together we are all on a journey to improve our lives as we give back to the world in which we all live in now that we are clean and sober. You will see new faces and familiar friends all on a personal journey with a common bond of helping others in recovery from addictions.
The Summer Sky staff looks forward to seeing each and everyone and visiting with you and your family when you return to the Summer Sky Annual Reunion. This year we will have live entertainment and great Texas BBQ, which always make a celebration fun and exciting. Bring Your friends, family, and your sponsor to share this wonderful recovery celebration. Don’t forget this is a kid-friendly event and we will have the entire city park so they can have fun while you mingle with peers and staff from Summer Sky. We will have a Giant Bounce House to keep them having fun while you celebrate your personal recovery.
