Summer Sky Does Accept Most Major Health Plans

In addition to our private pay monthly specials for January 2022, we also accept most major health plans for treatment services. Some people do utilize their insurance plans to pay for portions of the 60-day or 90-day addiction treatment programs. Mention at the time of the call to schedule your admission into one of our treatment programs your desire to utilize private insurance. We have limited bed capacity for these private pay offers so please make plans to enter treatment while bed capacity is available. Once our allocated bed capacity is full, we will revert to normal private pay rates.

Medical Detox & Stabilization Program (Detox Now™)

Medical detox is a vital service for people with substance use disorders. It is often the first point of contact for someone seeking substance use disorder treatment. Medical Detox is a component of the treatment process and is not to be confused with treatment. It is one part of the treatment process. It is designed to interrupt the physical aspect of the withdrawal process so that a person can participate in other forms of the treatment process.

Why is Medical Detoxification Included in the Special Treatment pricing?

Most substance use disorder treatment programs separate medical detoxification services from other addiction-related services. Summer Sky has decided to include detox services along with substance use disorder treatment. We believe this will help more people access treatment services by including detox with some of our rehab programs. We hope that by including detox & treatment together we will be able to help more people with affordable treatment options.

30-Day Addiction Treatment Programs

One of our more popular types of treatment is our 30-day addiction treatment program. After an individual completes detox and is stabilized then the focus is shifted to helping an individual to learn how to remain alcohol or drug-free from addictive substances. During 30-day treatment, an individual learns about the causes and conditions that brought about the addiction along with practical solutions that an individual can begin utilizing while in the treatment program.

30-Day addiction treatment allows an individual time to begin healing and addressing the substance use disorder. Often people that utilize this type of treatment have never been in treatment before or the individual has a high motivation or desire to remain sober and practice a recovery-based way of living free from alcohol or drugs. This is considered a short-term type of treatment that helps a person deal with the acute aspects of a substance use disorder.

60-Day Addiction Treatment Programs

The reality is some people have substance use disorders that are more severe than others and the 60-day addiction treatment program provides more time to heal from an addiction. Our 60-day addiction treatment program helps people with the post-acute withdrawal process, time to practice recovery skills, and relapse prevention training. If an individual has multiple addiction-related problems or co-occurring health problems, then our 60-day addiction treatment will allow for more time to address more problems before discharge from treatment. 60-day addiction treatment can help a person with more complex addiction-related problems.

90-Day Addiction Treatment Programs

This is the “Gold Standard of Addiction Treatment” and allows for an optimal time to heal from the physical, psychological, and social problems that are created by severe substance use disorders. If you have had two or more 30-day treatment episodes in the last 5-years, then we strongly recommend that you consider this type of treatment. If you completed treatment and returned to drinking or drug usage within the last 6 months think about this addiction treatment option.

People with additional health issues that make it hard to engage in the treatment process are good candidates for this type of treatment program. If you are treatment-resistant or experiencing a low motivation for sobriety or recovery, then this type of treatment can help you deal with these issues as well as give you the proper time to develop motivation to recover from a substance use disorder.
